It’s official! The iPhoneography 2015 competition is now open. I’m beyond excited because this year, I get to share the judging panel with 4 amazing judges:
Khaya Dlanga: Senior Communications Manager for content Excellence at Coca-Cola
Rowan Eva: Business Director of Ogilvy & Mather in Cape Town
Marc Forrest: Durban-based Tech blogger known as the iGuy and co-founder of iPhoneography
Skye Grove: Head of Communications at the Cape Town Partnership
I took a lot of photos with my iPhone and I attend some of the instameets as much as I can. I use an iPhone 6 and it is the best phone I have ever had in my life!! If you love to take photos with your iPhone, go and enter at http://www.myistore.co.za/iphoneography
You can use any photo editing app, provided that your original image was taken using an iPhone. Images can be submitted according to 5 categories, namely, Portrait, Still Life, Abstract, Scenery, and My SA. If you are on Instagram, do yourself a favour and go check out the iPhoneography Instagram account on @iPhoneographySA.
The downside about being a judge is that I can’t enter but the I’m so excited to see the stories that people tell using their iPhones. Anyone can become an iPhoneographer because iStore is the home of everything iPhone. Again, another ‘window’ of opportunity for me to get involved in that makes taking pictures with my iPhone that much cooler.
